We provide the Bot "as is" and do our best to keep it running, but we don't guarantee uptime, availability, or that the Bot will be free of bugs. We may pause, modify, or discontinue any feature at any time.
We reserve the right to remove the Bot from any server, restrict access, or terminate your use of the Bot if:
You can stop using the Bot at any time by kicking it from your server.
The Bot is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Bot will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Bot, including but not limited to lost data, lost roles, accidental moderation actions, or downtime.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in our support server. Your continued use of the Bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
